About The Center at Sierra Health Foundation
The Center at Sierra Health Foundation works to promote health and racial equity in communities throughout California with local, state and national partners. http://www.shfcenter.org. The Center secured more than $6.5 million in funding from the California Complete Count – Census 2020 Office and philanthropic partnerships to support a coalition of 60 trusted local community organizations implementing a grassroots strategy across the San Joaquin Valley to count the hardest-to-reach communities in the 2020 Census.
